As the Revenue Manager at Accor, your key responsibilities will include managing and leading the revenue team on a day-to-day basis while strategically guiding them to achieve organizational goals. You will be responsible for investigating yield exemptions, identifying new business opportunities, preparing annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with the GM and Director of Finance. Additionally, you will gather and analyze statistics to identify potential markets and trends while minimizing risks. You will also maintain market segment outlooks on a daily basis and analyze month-end reports to outline risks and opportunities for meeting rooms versus guest room availability.
To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in revenue management with excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and the ability to handle pressure effectively. You will also be responsible for recruiting, managing, training, and developing the revenue team while ensuring that all team members have current knowledge of relevant processes and policies.
