We are currently seeking an experienced IT Consultant to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing LAN/WAN/Internet networks, troubleshooting technical issues, providing IT support to end-users, coordinating with vendors for system installations and maintenance, overseeing incidents and service requests within defined service levels, ensuring compliance with maintenance contracts and licenses, maintaining application systems as per business requirements, conducting training on digital IT tools for competitive advantage, and implementing enhancement projects aligned with global strategies.

The ideal candidate for this position must have 2-3 years of solid experience in Information Technology, hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, possess fluency in English, demonstrate proficiency in MS Office tools, have certifications in CISCO/Microsoft Power Apps or equivalent (preferred), be able to work independently, excel in infrastructure management including switchers/routers/Power BI reports/app development, be comfortable working on-site interacting with end-users while wearing appropriate safety gear when necessary. Moreover, the candidate should have a blend of expertise in networking infrastructure (e.g., cabling/Cisco switches) as well as Windows and application support. Experience in implementing new technologies is a plus.
