We are currently seeking an Associate Director for Infrastructure Development And Design to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the senior client-side manager responsible for overseeing large-scale infrastructure design and construction projects. Working closely with stakeholders and designers, you will ensure successful project execution that is timely, budget-conscious, and quality-driven. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering major infrastructure projects from inception to completion while upholding our core values.
As an Associate Director at Al-Futtaim Group, your responsibilities will include defining project objectives and success criteria in collaboration with organizational leadership. You will provide guidance on utility design and civil works infrastructure while overseeing consultant and contractor selection to align with project goals. Additionally, you will manage sitewide infrastructure works to ensure compliance with necessary standards and provisioning.
