As a Key Accounts Manager at Al Rostamani Trading Company, you will play a crucial role in developing and strengthening business relationships with fleet customers and government departments. Your primary responsibility will be to explore business opportunities with these accounts to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. You will need to maintain personal contact with fleet accounts, attend bids proposals, and keep abreast of tender requirements to secure deals successfully.
In this role, you will be required to provide fleet status reports as needed by the National Sales Manager, ensuring that all delivery process requirements are met promptly for customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will maintain a fleet tracking system to update customer profiles regularly and coordinate with the Sales Manager to address customer needs effectively. Your knowledge of product information, features, market trends, and competitor information will be essential in assisting customers with their buying decisions.
The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferably with an automobile background. You must have at least 8 years of sales experience within the automotive industry, including 2 years in supervisory sales operations and team leading roles. A valid UAE Driving License is required along with excellent negotiation skills, market knowledge, financial awareness, relationship management skills, and proficiency in MS Office tools. Fluency in English and Arabic (additional regional languages are advantageous) is necessary for effective communication.
