We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our client's team. As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting financial planning, budget control, and decision-making processes within the automotive industry. Working closely with the Financial Business Partner (FBP), you will enhance financial efficiency, ensure robust budget management, and uphold compliance with corporate policies. The ideal candidate must possess automotive industry experience and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include monitoring and controlling budgets at cost center and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) levels to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. You will be responsible for aligning expenses with approved budgets, investigating variances, providing regular updates to budget owners on spending limits, recommending cost optimization strategies, and maintaining updated cost center and WBS codes in alignment with operational changes. Additionally, you will support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, cost-benefit assessments for key business decisions; provide financial analysis for business decision-making processes; automate purchase-to-payment workflows; collaborate with departments to collect data for financial plans; conduct variance analysis; develop detailed financial models for strategic initiatives.

Qualified candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in finance or related field along with certifications such as CA/CPA/CMA. A minimum of 6 years of experience in finance-related roles within the automotive industry is required. Proficiency in SAP for managing cost centers and WBS codes is essential. Strong analytical skills combined with excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills are highly valued.

• 6+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, business partnering or controlling within the automotive industry.
