We are currently looking for a meticulous and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Structural engineering with expertise in creating project quotations, conducting cost estimations, and utilizing AutoCAD for project design and planning. Responsibilities include evaluating project specifications, preparing accurate cost estimates, producing detailed technical drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and collaborating with various teams to deliver successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare competitive quotations for projects by considering all cost factors.
- Collaborate with project management and procurement teams to gather project details.
- Use AutoCAD software to create detailed technical drawings for projects.
- Review tender documents and perform quantity take-offs for pricing.
- Ensure project designs comply with engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
- Coordinate project schedules to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Provide on-site technical support during construction phases.
- Maintain accurate documentation for internal and client use.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Structural engineering focusing on quotation preparation and AutoCAD design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software as well as other related design tools (e.g., Revit, Civil 3D).
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices.
