Job Overview:
The group is seeking a strategic and innovative Head of Marketing & Communications to lead marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement both locally and internationally.


Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Management: Command the overarching brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communications efforts.
- Digital Marketing: Architect and steer comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and online advertising to bolster brand awareness.
- Content Development: Craft compelling content for various channels such as websites, social media, and newsletters, aligned with the brand's tone and values.
- Event Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute memorable events and promotions that echo the marketing objectives.
- Public Relations: Build and maintain robust media relationships, manage press initiatives, and orchestrate media engagements to amplify the group’s presence in the market.


Reports to: Operations Manager/Director of Operations – Group Director of Marketing & Communications


Required Qualifications:
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies within the hospitality industry.
- Expertise in current digital marketing trends and analytical tools.
- Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
