The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams' operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies for sales results.
We provide a fixed salary plus commission on own sales and team sales.
Responsibilities:
Manage, motivate and monitor the team's performance
Understand industry-specific trends
Prepare sales reports
Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team
Develop effective training programs to help agents advance their product knowledge, selling, and negotiation skills
Regularly plan and conduct team meetings and sales team training
Be involved in the acquisition, interviewing, and hiring process for the sales team
Qualifications:
4+ years' of sales leadership experience
7+ years' of experience in Dubai real estate.
