Senior Project Manager

As the Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure, you will play a crucial role in planning, directing, and managing design and construction projects to ensure they align with the company's goals and objectives within set timelines and budgets. You will be responsible for overseeing contractors' work in coordination with consultants to guarantee project completion according to specified quality standards. Reporting regularly to the Head of Construction, you will provide updates on project progress and liaise with authorities to obtain necessary approvals for project handover.

In this role, you will be accountable for controlling project budgets, scope of work, time schedules, and ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety requirements. You will oversee civil layout engineering activities, supervise construction operations at project sites, and implement quality assurance plans to uphold contract compliance. Additionally, you will lead project meetings, monitor safety standards adherence, review contractor claims and payments while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management
• Experience in managing infrastructure projects

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• PMP certification preferred
