Head of Finance

As the Head of Finance, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the finance function within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective financial planning, analysis, and compliance to support our strategic business goals. You will contribute to the company's strategic planning from a financial perspective, implementing and enhancing financial policies, procedures, and strategies. Additionally, you will develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts to ensure alignment with our business objectives.

In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing financial reporting processes, including the accurate preparation of management accounts, P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. You will provide valuable insights and recommendations on financial performance through variance analysis and corrective actions. Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, VAT implementation, and other financial legal requirements is essential. You will lead external audits while maintaining relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
