You will analyze statistical data, generate summaries for the CHRO, participate in salary and benefits surveys across different countries, develop tools for data storage, and contribute to the development of the job evaluation scheme. Additionally, your expertise in rewards consulting within the retail or fashion industry will be essential in this role.
To succeed as a Senior Analyst - Rewards at Chalhoub Group, you must possess a Master's degree in Analytics or related field along with a minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in rewards consulting. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools like Power Bi, experience in project leadership, and knowledge of the retail industry are crucial for this position.
