Head of Finance

Charterhouse Middle East, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is a leading local group that is currently seeking a Head of Finance to join their team. The organization is dedicated to overseeing operational finance and consolidation while also contributing to financial strategy and business support across various business units within the group. As a key member of the leadership team, the Head of Finance will report directly to the Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

In this role, the Head of Finance will lead a team of Finance Directors responsible for controllership, governance, forecasting, and planning at a company level. Additionally, they will play a significant role in managing financing aspects and banking relationships across the group to ensure liquidity and funding requirements are met. The position also involves involvement in corporate finance activities such as investment plans (M&A or JV focused), overseeing CAPEX and OPEX for growth and expansion.

The ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced senior finance professional with exposure to working in local or family office environments within the UAE. They should have a professional accountancy qualification along with experience in audit and control-related roles.
