Senior Finance Manager

Citymax Hotels by Landmark Group in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our team. As the Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our hotel portfolio. This includes managing the hotel finance team, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and audits, and coordinating with the Center of Excellence for monthly book closure. You will prepare monthly management information system (MIS) reports for various stakeholders and present monthly/quarterly board reviews along with JV partners' presentations.

In this role, you will lead the preparation of annual/long-term budgets, periodic forecasts, performance analysis, and variance identification. You will review cost-reduction opportunities, analyze costs and pricing strategies, manage fund flow effectively, and ensure budgetary control across all departments. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal auditors, participate in decision-making processes by providing analytical insights, and supervise the hotel finance team to achieve set goals.

The ideal candidate for this position is a Qualified Chartered Accountant from India with 8-10 years of post-qualification experience as a finance controller within a cluster of hotels. You should possess strong MS Excel skills, Powerpoint presentation skills, business planning expertise, excellent communication abilities, process orientation, team management capabilities, and a proactive approach towards controls. Prior experience in business partnering roles or familiarity with Power BI tools would be advantageous.
