As the Finance Manager reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization. This includes budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis to drive strategic decision-making and ensure optimal financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA qualification is highly desirable. Professional certifications such as CMA (Certified Management Accountant), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), or CPA are also preferred.

To excel in this role, you should have extensive experience in finance management spanning 5-10 years. Previous roles as a financial analyst, senior accountant, or finance director will be beneficial.
