As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for conducting month-end closing activities, producing monthly financial reports for Corporate Finance and Board Members, analyzing sales, margins, and expenses. You will implement processes, policies, and controls to ensure financial stability while creating tools for tracking and guiding financial performance. Additionally, you will prepare quarterly business reviews and forecasts while performing targeted studies and analyses on business operations to identify opportunities for improvement.

In terms of budgeting responsibilities, you will develop the annual budget and a strategic financial plan spanning 3 to 5 years to support the business's long-term objectives. Ideal candidates for this role will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Finance with a minimum of 2 years' experience in financial controlling within an international setting. Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous. The successful applicant should possess qualities such as independence, proactivity, curiosity, sociability, attention to detail, energy, motivation along with strong proficiency in Excel and other IT systems.
