Role Summary
Compliance & More (C&M) is a Canadian Controlled Federal Corporation, headquartered in the beautiful town of Milton, Ontario, Canada. Considering phenomenal service opportunities, C&M is concurrently opening branch offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, as well.
We are presently looking for five AML experts to service our prestigious Banking, Currency Exchange Houses, Financial Services, and other prospective blue chip clients, including Five Star Hotels, world famous Chains of Retailers, Food Businesses, State of the Art Hospital, Builders & Developers, etc.
Only newly qualified Chartered Accountants, with no more than two years post qualification experience need apply. Hands on experience in AML, of at least six months, and work exposure with any of the Big Four, Grant Thornton or BDO, are an absolute must. Candidates with professional CPA designations from Canada/US/UK/South Africa/Australia/New Zealand, will be preferred. The candidates should be available to start work, within 30 days from the date of receiving an Offer.

Responsibilities
You will be required to perform various services under the banner of Regulatory Compliance, AML & related matters, including, but not limited, to the following: -
AML Reporting
Reviewing clients' existing Policies & Procedures
Assessing & Managing the various types of risks associated with, and applicable to the clients' business, and
relevant to our Scope of Work under the Engagement
Gap Analysis
Process Reviews, Designing of Robust Internal Controls
Performing Internal Audit (by individuals who are not mandated with designing Internal Controls for the same client)
Maintaining excellent client relations at work, as well as before and after the Engagement, is central to the Role.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as have the capacity to be a valuable Team Player
Preparedness to follow the Supervisor's tactical instructions, and the CEO's strategic directives, in Letter & Spirit.
Potential to remain alert to Business Development opportunities coming your way while executing
the work surrounding the Engagement.
Maintaining Clients' Confidentiality and being a Brand Ambassador for Compliance & More Inc. under the guidance
and stewardship of the CEO.

The Event is staged in KPMG's prestigious building at 333 - Bay Street (Bay Adelaide Centre), downtown, Toronto, on Friday, 14th. of July, 2023 (6:00 pm, to 9:30 pm, EST). Those interested, and who meet the above requirements, are welcomed to request him (currently or during the Event) for an on the side, at site, formal interview.
