Group Internal Audit Manager

As the Group Internal Audit Manager, you will be responsible for developing a risk-based annual Internal Audit plan aligned with our risk management framework. You will establish an internal audit framework and define policies covering all business functions based on industry best practices. Your role will involve conducting regular reviews of financial, technical, and operational internal controls to ensure compliance with established objectives and standards. Additionally, you will provide technical assistance in external investigations and special audits while acting as a consultant on cost reduction opportunities and process reorganization.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess 6-8 years of relevant experience with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within internal audit. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, Law or related field is required, with additional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CFE, CMA or CISA being advantageous. Experience working in Gulf countries would also be beneficial.
