Culture Recruitment are working with an amazing luxury resort in the region who are seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing to lead their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing the sales and marketing strategy aligned with the resort's objectives, target market, and brand positioning.
Analysing market trends, competitor activity.
Set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve goals effectively.
Provide guidance, support and performance feedback to colleagues reporting to the DOSM.
Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions and advertising strategies to maximise brand visibility, and attract customers.
Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyse campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
Ensure guest satisfaction through collaboration with the guest experience team.
Prepare and manage the departmental budget, allocating resources effectively to support sales and marketing initiatives while maintaining financial objectives.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proven experience in a sales and marketing leadership role within the luxury hospitality industry, with a track record of achieving revenue targets and brand growth.
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset.
Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
