Datailer Technologies, a leading IT solutions provider in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is currently seeking a Sales Account Manager to join their team. Specializing in cybersecurity services, Datailer Technologies prides itself on delivering efficient and effective IT business solutions to clients in various industries. We are looking for a seasoned sales professional who is action-oriented, strategic, and passionate about driving revenue growth while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for generating revenue and meeting Gross Profit Margin targets by identifying and penetrating specific potential accounts. Serving as a techno-sales consultant, the Sales Account Manager will work closely with clients to provide Cloud Solutions, Cyber Security services, Enterprise Data Management, Networking solutions, Managed IT Services, Remote Infrastructure Management Services, End User IT Support Services, IT Asset Management, among others. The successful candidate should have a strong background in Cloud (Azure/AWS), Cyber Security, Systems management, Backup & Disaster Recovery solutions, Network management, Collaboration tools and IT Managed Services.

To qualify for this position, candidates must have a Graduation degree from a recognized university with at least 7-10 years of experience in sales. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in selling IT Solutions within the Cloud services, Cyber Security and IT managed services domain is required. The Sales Account Manager should have existing accounts in the UAE territory and be able to develop detailed account plans for accurate forecasting on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis.

Responsibilities of the Sales Account Manager include leading business development efforts in the UAE market by working closely with clients and internal teams throughout the full business cycle from hunting to sales and collection. The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing complex solutions for clients' needs, preparing proposals/presentations and ensuring monthly reporting on all sales activities including leads generation and strategic relationship development.
