We are currently seeking a talented Assistant Manager in Real Estate Valuation to join our Financial Advisory practice in Dubai.
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports clients in the Real Estate sector, providing services such as project finance, capital raising, financial modeling, transaction due diligence, and forensic support. You will work closely with Chartered Surveyors to gain valuable experience in real estate valuation across the Middle East and North Africa region. Additionally, you will assist in preparing client reports, valuation models, and supporting clients with their real estate strategies.

To qualify for this position, you should hold a graduate degree in Real Estate or related fields such as Economics, Geography, Finance, or Business. While an RICS accredited course is advantageous, high-performing graduates with diverse qualifications are encouraged to apply. A minimum of 5-6 years' experience in a similar field is required along with strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in English writing and speaking. Arabic fluency is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software tools is essential for success in this role.
