We are currently seeking a Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance to support the Company's strategic objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, analytical abilities, and a proactive approach to improving profitability and operational efficiency.

The Finance Manager's responsibilities include preparing accurate monthly trial balances, developing cash flow forecasts aligned with the financial plan, compiling annual budgets covering various aspects such as CAPEX and OPEX, identifying cost-saving opportunities, ensuring compliance with VAT regulations and corporate taxation laws in the UAE, maintaining financial records using the Company's core accounting system, leading and motivating the Finance Team to deliver objectives professionally and efficiently, managing procurement processes efficiently to meet operational needs, overseeing payroll administration processes compliant with local laws, managing regulatory compliance across all jurisdictions where the Company operates, optimizing insurance coverage to meet business needs effectively.

The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (a Master's degree or professional certification such as CPA/CMA/ACCA is a plus), have proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role within the seafood industry or related sectors. Additionally, they should possess strong financial management principles knowledge along with proficiency in accounting software tools. Excellent communication skills along with strong analytical abilities are essential for this role. Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and corporate taxation laws is highly desirable.
