Financial Director

As the Finance Director at Distinguished Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all financial aspects of the organization. Reporting directly to executive management, you will provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure the company's financial health and growth within the real estate industry. Your responsibilities will include financial planning, analysis, taxation, reporting, compliance, and treasury management.

Key responsibilities of this role include conducting detailed financial analysis to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. You will be responsible for preparing annual budgets, monitoring performance against financial goals, and generating timely and accurate financial reports for stakeholders. Additionally, you will analyze investment opportunities within the real estate sector and provide recommendations on acquisitions, dispositions, and financing options.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or Business Administration along with CPA/ACA certification. An MBA is considered an added advantage. You should have at least 15 years of progressive experience in finance with a minimum of 7 years in a leadership role within the real estate sector. Strong knowledge of real estate financial analysis, investment principles, market trends as well as proficiency in forecasting techniques are essential for success in this role.
