As a Construction Manager at Egis, you will be tasked with overseeing and managing all aspects of Bridge or Tunnel construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in construction project management. Your primary responsibilities will include project management to ensure the timely completion of milestones and objectives while adhering to safety standards and regulations. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards, coordinating with on-site and off-site teams effectively, monitoring project progress regularly to address any delays or issues promptly.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in contract negotiation and management by finalizing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers while obtaining necessary permits and licenses for each project.
