As a Mechanical Engineer at Egis in Dubai, your responsibilities will include inspecting, monitoring, and maintaining mechanical systems within infrastructure projects such as roads, tunnels, and bridges. You will troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime while reviewing and providing input on mechanical designs and installations. Additionally, you will develop and implement mechanical maintenance plans and schedules to ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams will be essential to deliver projects on time and within budget. Detailed reporting on system performance, maintenance activities, project progress will also be part of your role as well as coordination with contractors,suppliers,and stakeholders for seamless project execution.

The ideal candidate for this position must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction industry focusing on infrastructure projects. A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for this role.
