We are currently seeking a Finance Manager – Business Process to join our dynamic team and lead the transformation of our financial operations.

The Finance Manager – Business Process will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, automating routine tasks, and optimizing financial workflows within EKFC. By conducting in-depth process analysis and improvement planning, the incumbent will enhance process efficiency, improve data accuracy, reduce operational costs, and drive the adoption of cutting-edge financial technologies. This role involves streamlining routine financial tasks through automation solutions such as accounting software, RPA, and AI tools to ensure seamless integration while reducing manual intervention and potential errors.

Key responsibilities include ensuring seamless integration of financial data across systems, adopting financial technology solutions to improve operations and reporting, implementing controls for compliance measures, improving budgeting processes through automation and data analytics, as well as leading and mentoring the finance team on best practices in automation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field with at least 6 years of experience in finance along with expertise in business process re-engineering and ERP implementation.
