Senior Procurement Analyst

As a Senior Procurement Analyst at EPPCO Lubricants, you will play a crucial role in the procurement and planning of inventory in the CSS Department. Your responsibilities will include maintaining secure inventory levels of lubricants for both ENOC and CAI.TEX (Chevron) brands. You will also be responsible for managing payments made by EPPCO Lubricants customers and ensuring accuracy in allocation against submitted invoices.

In this role, you will be accountable for analyzing stock movement, identifying additional order requirements, and placing necessary orders with shareholders. You will manage the full procurement cycle - from sourcing and evaluating goods and services to inventory management and supplier relationship management. Additionally, you will conduct cost-benefit analysis of procurement decisions, evaluate supplier performance based on KPIs, implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement. Furthermore, you will coordinate with shareholders to facilitate inventory planning with the Customer Experience department and communicate blending requirements effectively.
