Our Family Office based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is currently seeking a dynamic Personal Assistant to support a High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) in their daily tasks and responsibilities. Our office focuses on managing a diverse portfolio of investments across global financial markets, venture capital, angel investments, and real estate both in Dubai and abroad. We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent communication skills who can adapt to the fast-paced environment of our business.

As the Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in handling communication, diary management, household tasks, and investment-related administrative work for the employer. Once onboarded, you will collaborate closely with the employer to establish and manage the family office in Dubai efficiently. Your ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks will be essential in ensuring smooth operations within the office.

The workload for this position will vary from day to day, typically involving less than 6 hours of work with flexible start times after 12 pm. While most days may follow a consistent schedule, occasional flexibility may be required based on business needs.
