Our family office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is currently seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support a private investor in managing international investments and properties. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals while contributing to our mission of achieving sustainable growth for our clients.

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for managing the investor's schedule and commitments, handling property portfolio administration across Dubai and abroad, assisting with researching potential investments, managing tenant relations, processing documentation, maintaining records, and handling confidential correspondence. While no prior investment knowledge is required for this position, we are looking for someone with exceptional organizational and communication skills who can work independently and maintain confidentiality. The core hours for this role are from 1 PM onwards (Dubai time), with less than 4 hours of work on most days.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary ranging from AED 12,000 to AED 15,000 per month along with an additional bonus structure.
