As the Operations Director at Grandiose, your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing operational strategies to optimize the performance of both our ready-to-eat food sections and FMCG retail operations. You will be tasked with identifying growth opportunities in these segments by introducing new food offerings, expanding product ranges, or entering new markets. It will also be essential for you to ensure brand consistency by maintaining quality standards, service excellence, and a seamless customer experience across all locations and product categories.
