As the Strategic Account Manager at Gruve, you will be tasked with developing exceptional customer relationships within strategic accounts while also contributing to business development efforts. Reporting directly to the C Suite leadership and founding team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the business strategy within these key accounts. Your responsibilities will include developing tailored strategic plans for each account, coordinating internal resources effectively, communicating the value of our services to customers, delivering on sales goals, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

To qualify for this role, you should possess 5-10 years of experience in Strategic Account Management within the technology or software services industry. A proven track record of successfully selling into new accounts and growing business within existing accounts is essential. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, time management abilities, and strong relationship-building capabilities with key stakeholders both internally and externally. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or a related field is required along with a robust network of customer and partner relationships.

Preferred qualifications include exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage C-suite executives effectively as well as strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
