We're looking for a Senior Healthcare Recruitment Specialist with an existing client base and a proven track record in healthcare recruitment. This individual will play a critical role in establishing and growing our healthcare recruitment division.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies for client acquisition and retention in the healthcare sector.
Leverage existing relationships to secure new business opportunities.
Full-cycle recruitment for healthcare positions, from sourcing to placement.
Conduct market research to stay updated on healthcare sector trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with our team to meet and exceed business and performance goals.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment.
Established client base within the healthcare industry.
Proven success in new client acquisition and account management.
Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and job market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
