Join Our Dynamic Real Estate Team in Dubai!
Are you a motivated and responsible individual with a passion for real estate? we are seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and experienced Sales Director to join our team and contribute to our success. Here's an exciting overview of what the role entails:
Responsibilities would include and extend beyond the following:
Building an efficient diverse team.
Fair leads distribution among the team; support and follow up.
Your salary should start effectively once your team is in place.
Setting the selling strategies and marketing tools.
Meeting and visiting developers.
Follow up existing and new clients.
Outdoor Marketing (Malls, Shops, Offices, Residence, etc).
Presentation to clients and companies.
Property consultancy.
Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings.
Listing of properties. Ensure all paperwork is properly filled out then submit to listing team with complete documentation.
Achieve agreed targets on the business plan drafted on January 30th 2023.
Meeting the company’s goal and exceed above expectations.
Keep healthy and positive environment in the office lead by example.
