Role: Director OF Business Development - Facilities Management.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 40,000-45,000 + Benefits for Self & Family.

A leading company is seeking to hire for the above-mentioned role.

Responsibilities:

- Drive the business development function and learn about the key drivers of the organization’s business.
- Handle P/L responsibility
- To manage the Facilities & Strategic Maintenance contracts of existing and future projects within the UAE to achieve Company objectives for quality, cost, output, operational performance, and customer service.
- Manage team of Maintenance & Facilities Engineers, Charge hands and personnel to plan and execute planned preventative and facilities maintenance, resolve breakdown situations and support company improvement initiatives; to ensure all Facilities and strategic equipment operate at optimum performance levels.
- To deliver an excellent service to business units and support departments at all times follow all working procedures of the company and develop and timely deploy departmental budgets, forecasts, capital and operating budgets.
- Manages all aspects of the projects with the vendor and concerned parties in order to ensure that contract finalization, compliance and timely completion of the project according to the prescribed procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

- Strong Facilities Management background of systems, processes, technologies, and personnel to enhance the management of a building's facilities.
