We are currently seeking a Group Financial Controller to ensure operational and financial control across H&S Group while reporting directly to the Directors / CEO. In this role, you will lead the controllership function, support strategic initiatives, collaborate with senior management on market trend analysis, financial performance, accounting, audits, strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Acting as a bridge between operational finance teams and corporate real estate finance, you will ensure alignment on governance, business planning, funding decisions taxation matters.
As the ideal candidate for this position, you should have at least 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounting with a minimum of 4 years in Big 4 audit companies. Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Project Management industries will be preferred along with knowledge of IFRS standards and Dubai real estate laws. You should have experience working with major ERPs / CRMs such as Oracle, SAP, JDE among others along with excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring corporate and financial governance across the group of companies; reviewing existing processes and policies; enhancing financial reporting; managing tax exposure across the UAE; supervising accounts team; identifying training needs; guiding direct reports; and supporting Director(s) / CEO as required.
