Procurement Manager - voco Dubai®

As the Procurement Manager, you will work closely with hotel teams to manage the purchasing of goods and services, from sourcing and vendor selection to tracking deliveries. You will be responsible for designing and implementing a Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order System for the property(s) while ensuring that colleagues are trained on this system. Developing a strategic plan based on technological advancements and purchasing opportunities will be crucial in this role.

Your duties will include supervising the operations of the Purchasing Department, reviewing opportunities to enhance profitability, reduce costs, and boost efficiency. You will also be tasked with maintaining relationships with vendors/suppliers, government authorities, community members, and colleagues while enforcing ethical business practices. Compliance with procurement policies and regulations is essential to ensure smooth operations.

Additionally, you will oversee all areas of purchasing such as contracts, market surveys, HACCP compliance, budget tracking, reporting insights on purchasing trends, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
