Job Overview:
Responsible for sourcing, screening and shortlisting the candidates who are meeting the criteria (work experiences, qualifications, capabilities, competencies, diversity and budget) for the assigned roles in the SLA Turn Around Time.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective fulfillment of all assigned requisitions with quality talent.
• Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different channels such as LinkedIn and other social media.
• Support in creating, editing, and posting of job descriptions on various job boards.
• Be the ambassador
• Understands the needs of supervisory board and represent it appropriately.
• Supporting onboarding, grievance management and offboarding the candidates.
• Maintain and promote company policies and procedures pertaining to the recruitment process established.
• Prepare reports for the relevant recruitment statistics and maintain accuracy in system and document all process and ensure compliance to same.
• Identify a suitable recruitment partners in the assigned roles.
