- Handling accounts from A-Z including petty cash liquidations, bill checking, financial transactions monitoring.- Providing reports to the Managing Director as needed.- Coordinating closely with project managers for invoicing and client communication.- Preparation of financial reports and coordinating materials purchases.- Generating quotations and preparing LPOs for vendors.- VAT filing and on-time submission responsibilities.- Salary transfers to employees (WPS) and internal auditing when required by the Managing Director.- Flexibility in assisting with other tasks assigned by the Managing Director.
