The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record as a Construction Manager, specifically with experience in mid to high-rise residential tower projects in the UAE. Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked with recognized Main Contracting Companies. This role is an immediate opportunity for a 4-month contract position through J10 Consulting.
As the Construction Manager (High Rise), your key responsibilities will include overseeing the construction lifecycle of mid-high rise residential building projects. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day construction activities, developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring compliance with UAE construction regulations and standards, and leading on-site teams to achieve project goals effectively. Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve project challenges and prepare progress reports for senior management regularly.
