J10 Consulting, a leading consultancy firm in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is currently seeking a skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our Tier 1 Main Contracting Client's team. Our client is known for working on high-profile new build projects and is looking for an experienced individual with a strong background in RCC frames, structural steel, and rebar. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on similar projects in the UAE, preferably with recognized Main Contracting Companies.
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will play a crucial role in coordinating with architects, MEP engineers, and sub-contractors to seamlessly integrate structural elements into overall project designs. You will be responsible for utilizing advanced engineering software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Revit, and SAP2000 for modeling, design, and structural analysis to ensure the safety, durability, and efficiency of structural systems. Additionally, you will provide expert guidance during the construction phase by conducting detailed site inspections to monitor compliance with design specifications and ensure material and construction quality.
In this role, you will be expected to spearhead the resolution of technical issues that may arise during construction phases while delivering cost-effective and timely solutions within strict project schedules and budgets. Maintaining meticulous project documentation including technical reports, structural drawings, design calculations, and client communications will be essential to ensure transparency and traceability throughout the project lifecycle. This position offers immediate joining on an initial 3-6 month contract basis employed as an outsource candidate through J10 Consulting with the possibility of transitioning to staff after 6 months if mutually beneficial.
