Role Summary:

As Global Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving our Sales strategy for KEF Hospitality & it’s brands (tulåh, Urban tulåh & tulåh@home), which includes but not limited to brand building, identifying, onboarding new clients & fostering relationships with existing key clients and expanding our market presence worldwide. Your expertise will be instrumental in leading our sales team to new heights and contributing significantly to our brand’s growth and success.


Reporting to: Managing Director (MD) - KEF Hospitality


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Prepare & monitor Sales budget at KEF Hospitality & it’s brand’s level.
Build & mentor the team of high-performing sales professionals.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, including luxury travel agencies, corporate clients, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs/UHNIs).
Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the luxury clinical wellness hospitality sector.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
Prepare the event calendar for international events, conferences, trade shows etc. and represent the brand at these events.
Provide regular reports and forecasts to the Management & Executive team on sales performance and market insights.


Essentials:

Global senior sales management experience in luxury hospitality & wellness especially within uber-luxury resorts/retreat environment.
Must have experience in Wellness Hospitality sector (at least one property)
Proven track record of surpassing sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong network and relationships with luxury travel agencies, partners, service providers in UAE, EU, CIS regions.
Hands-on exposure of working with Marketing team within in wellness and luxury hospitality sector.
Proven experience in creating and executing launch strategies and action plans, Pre-opening experience is preferred.
Thorough knowledge of the latest trends & offerings within Luxury Wellness hospitality sector; clinical sector would be an added advantage but not must.


Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 12-15 years’ experience in sales, with a proven track record in the luxury hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing diverse, global teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with high-end clientele.
Deep understanding of the luxury market and wellness trends.
Must be open to travel internationally.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
