As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role as a trusted financial advisor to key stakeholders within the organization. Your responsibilities will include supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes for specific regions. You will provide analytical insights, reporting support, and project assistance to senior management. Additionally, you will monitor financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively. Working closely with sales and marketing teams, you will analyze pricing strategies, tender opportunities, and new product launches while evaluating operating expenses and recommending cost-saving initiatives. Your role will also involve preparing and reviewing financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
To be successful in this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent field. A Master's Degree or Professional Accounting Qualification would be advantageous. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial roles within the Healthcare/Medical Devices industry. Strong financial acumen and business partnering skills are essential for this role along with proficiency in ERP Systems and financial modeling. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required; knowledge of Arabic is considered a plus. Candidates must be available for face-to-face interviews at our Dubai location.
