As a Logistics Executive at Logicom FZE, you will play a crucial role in planning shipments based on product availability and customer requests. You will be responsible for coordinating with 3PL/freight forwarders/Carriers/Internal Sales and Product team for inbound/outbound shipments. Additionally, you will receive and invoice stock in ERP in coordination with 3PL, track orders to ensure timely deliveries, prepare shipping documents like invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading, maintain inbound and outbound records for audit purposes, claim damage/return from vendors/insurance companies on time, conduct physical inventory tallying and corrective actions at regular intervals in coordination with the warehouse staff. Your main duty will be to coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize the quality of delivery.

To excel in this role, you must have a University degree in Supply chain management, Logistics or another relevant business field. Previous experience as a Logistics Executive, Warehouse Administrator or similar role is required. Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems along with basic accounting knowledge is essential. Excellent organizational skills, time-management skills, and good communication skills are also necessary for this position.
