As the Head of Warehouse and Logistics Management, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing warehouse management, inventory control, and supply chain processes. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure accurate receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods. You will develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance the flow of goods, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines. Additionally, you will be tasked with hiring, developing, and mentoring your team to align with the company's strategic vision.
Key responsibilities also include managing inventory levels effectively to minimize shortages and prevent overstock situations. You will collaborate closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline the supply chain and enhance logistics processes. Monitoring KPIs and performance metrics will be essential for evaluating logistics performance and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate for this position should possess at least 5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management within the automotive or car parts industry. Proficiency in ERP systems/WMS is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills coupled with excellent organizational abilities are essential for effectively managing the logistics team. Problem-solving skills are paramount for analyzing logistics data to identify areas for improvement continuously. Fluency in English is required to communicate effectively across all levels within the organization.
