LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Middle East manages 9 different brands including Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Make Up for Ever, Givenchy, Kenzo, Loewe, Acqua Di Parma, Benefit Cosmetics, Maison Francis Kurkdjian. LVMH P&C Middle East oversees an area of 47 countries in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and India with subsidiaries and agents’ structures.


YOUR MISSION



As a Retail Manager within LVMH Beauty Travel Retail, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and sales performance of our luxury beauty retail outlets in high-traffic travel locations. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the brand's image and standards. This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for luxury beauty and a proven track record in retail management.



Your main responsibilities in this role include:


Leadership and Team Management

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to ensure the team is knowledgeable about product offerings and equipped to deliver personalized shopping experiences.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that reflects the values and culture of LVMH.

Sales and Performance Management

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure that sales associates are effectively utilizing upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.


Customer Experience

Ensure that all customers receive personalized attention and assistance, maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner, striving to exceed customer expectations.
Continuously seek feedback from customers to understand their preferences and enhance the shopping experience.

Operational Excellence

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail outlets, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including hygiene and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to execute promotional campaigns and ensure smooth operations.

Brand Representation

Uphold the brand image and reputation of LVMH Beauty Travel Retail through impeccable presentation standards and adherence to brand guidelines.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
Maintain an active on-field presence, dedicating 70% of the time to engagements, while embracing the opportunity to travel within the vibrant and dynamic region encompassing India Sub Continent, GCC, and Levant countries.

YOUR PROFILE ____________

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus (French is optional)
Proven experience (at least 2-3 years) in travel retail or commercial roles within the consumer goods industry, preferably in Middle East.
Good understanding of the travel retail landscape, including airport operations and duty-free retailing.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving sales and achieving targets.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
