Chief Financial Officer

Mayfair Partners, an International Executive Search and Recruitment Solutions consultancy based in Downtown Dubai, is currently seeking a Mandarin/Chinese Speaking Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for our client, a Forex Broker with offices in Dubai & Asia. Our client holds regulatory licenses in the UAE and Australia and is rapidly expanding. The CFO will report directly to the CEO and will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of the Group, including reporting responsibilities to regulators and federal tax authorities.

In this role, the CFO will collaborate with senior managers to develop budget proposals, analyze revenue opportunities, identify areas for cost efficiency, and manage risk through investment analysis. They will also be responsible for monitoring business performance using tracking tools and preparing detailed reports for various stakeholders within the company. Additionally, the CFO will oversee finance personnel, manage financial IT systems, and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory entities such as the Financial Accounting Standards Board and Internal Revenue Service.

The ideal candidate must be a Mandarin/Chinese Speaker with at least five years of experience in executive leadership roles. A Master’s degree in accounting, business accounting, or finance is required, along with international finance experience within financial services. Professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant are preferred. Candidates should also have a strong understanding of advanced accounting principles, regulatory issues, tax planning, Forex trading, derivative trading, and SaaS business models.
