Ensure highest QHSE standards are set and met in the day to day operation. Set and modify technical and operational standards to meet optimum execution. Ensure teams follow correct procedures, policies, and documentation requirements across project phases. Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development, and systems integration. Identify resource and equipment requirements for efficient capacity planning. Conduct performance reviews of team members. Estimate project budgets, coordinate with finance department for funds, plan for purchasing equipment in a cost-effective way. Meet with client teams to gather requirements. Interview candidates, hire resources, conduct regular team meetings, track project progress. Present monthly reports to senior management.
