We are currently looking for an experienced Group Finance Manager with expertise in real estate development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording revenue accurately from projects, managing liabilities effectively, overseeing completion certificate accounting processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining precise financial records, improving financial processes, and upholding regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities include maintaining trial balances accurately, preparing financial statements like income statements and balance sheets promptly, tracking liabilities related to projects such as mortgages and loans diligently, managing accounts payable/receivable functions efficiently to ensure timely payments/collections. The Group Finance Manager will also develop ROI models for projects to analyze financial data for insights into improving returns on investments.
Additionally, the successful candidate will assist in budget preparation/monitoring against forecasts while conducting variance analysis for better decision-making. Inventory control management is another essential aspect of this role involving accurate asset recording/reporting and optimizing inventory turnover rates. Compliance with laws/regulations regarding real estate-specific finances is paramount alongside tax planning/compliance duties that include managing tax filings across multiple jurisdictions.
