Head of Information Technology

The Head of Information Technology will be responsible for enhancing and implementing existing IT policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. They will analyze business requirements by collaborating with key stakeholders to develop strategies and solutions for business needs. Additionally, the Head of IT will oversee service delivery through the service desk, monitor the annual IT plan and KPIs, manage IT procurement processes, supervise IT staff, administer Microsoft Office 365, support corporate software, design and implement network solutions, and maximize network performance through monitoring and troubleshooting.
