Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company based in Dubai, is currently seeking a Financial Controller to oversee all financial activities and reporting within the organization. Specializing in developing hormone therapies for reproductive health, our client operates globally across 90 countries and prides itself on maintaining state-of-the-art production facilities in Europe. As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for monitoring financial performance by conducting month-end closing activities, producing monthly financial reports for Corporate Finance and Board Members, analyzing sales, margins, and expenses, implementing processes, policies, and controls. Additionally, you will create tools for tracking financial performance, prepare quarterly business reviews and forecasts while performing targeted studies on business operations. You will also play a crucial role in developing the annual budget and strategic financial plan spanning 3 to 5 years to support the business's long-term objectives.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Finance with a minimum of 2 years' experience in financial controlling within an international setting. Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous. We are looking for someone who is independent, proactive, curious, sociable detail-oriented, energetic, motivated with strong proficiency in Excel and other IT systems. Fluency in English is required.
