Mila Gold and Diamonds, a premier luxury jewelry brand in Dubai, is in search of an experienced Store Manager to lead our flagship store. This key role is suited for a dynamic individual who brings a blend of passion for luxury retail, proven success in managing high-end jewelry operations, and the ability to drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations & Management: Supervise all aspects of day-to-day store operations to ensure seamless functionality. Implement strict operational protocols and standards, covering inventory management, sales floor operations, and customer service excellence.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop the store team to foster a culture of excellence. Promote teamwork and collaboration, conduct comprehensive training sessions, and create an environment conducive to professional growth.
Sales Excellence & Customer Relations: Drive store sales through unparalleled customer service, extensive product knowledge, and effective sales tactics. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, offering personalized service to our valued clients.
Inventory and Procurement Management: Efficiently manage inventory levels, working closely with the procurement team to accurately forecast product demands and replenish stock as necessary.
Marketing Initiatives & Brand Promotion: Work in collaboration with the marketing team to execute effective promotional strategies and in-store events to increase brand awareness and attract customers.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Consistently assess store performance against targets and key performance indicators. Develop and execute improvement strategies as necessary, providing detailed performance reports to senior management.
Compliance, Ethics, and Security: Maintain compliance with all company policies, ethical standards, and local laws. Ensure high security standards to protect company assets and provide a safe shopping and work environment.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of three years of senior management experience in the gold and diamond jewelry retail sector.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Malayalam to cater to our diverse clientele.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, exceptional customer service and sales expertise, and proficiency in retail management systems.
Personal Qualities: A results-driven approach, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen sense of luxury brand aesthetics.
